1.6 Introduction to Chip Functions:
1, Lithium battery charging circuit:PW4056
PW4056 Lithium batterycharge management chip, Up to 1A charging current, switching type high efficiency, support 1lithium battery charging.
2, DC-DC synchronous step-down circuit:PW2303
PW2303 Synchronous Buck Chip, Input 5V-24V, output5V, up to 3A, characterized by voltage step-down voltage difference is verylow, and high efficiency.

PCB layout is divided into two parts: signal controlcircuit + power circuit
Note 1: Theblue thick line is the power trace, the layout should be wide; SW part (Q1, D1, L1 three devices connected) is not only the poweroutput, but also it is a noise source, the layout should be wide and the area shouldbe small.
Note2: Thered thick line is the power ground, the main points of the drawing board: to bewide, the shorter the distance between the connecting loops at each point, themore holes are punched in the ground( Input,C1,C2,PW23037/8 pin,C5,C3,C6,U2 3 pin and bottom pad, C7 and battery grounding)
