PW7120 + PW8205A8TS×2 2-Cell Li-ion Battery Charge-Discharge Protection Board Solution, Continuous 3A, Overcurrent Protection 9A
Product Details PCB Design Suggestions
2S Lithium Battery Protection Board (Code 4) Product Introduction
Overview
This protection board adopts the self-developed PW7120 protection chip from Pingxin Micro, paired with four PW4406A MOSFETs, to provide complete overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection for 2S lithium battery packs (two-series cell configuration, 7.4 V nominal voltage, 8.4 V fully charged). It delivers a continuous discharge current of 6 A and an overcurrent protection threshold of approximately 14 A. The integrated PW2213 balancing chip effectively extends the service life of the battery pack.
